Connection:
While High-Speed is optimal, 56k modem can access the course but the download will be time consuming. For best performance 768kbs DSL is preferred..
Important Instructions:
In some sections you will be required to give the answer to one of the security questions you entered during the registration process. You must answer correctly in order to proceed.
As you proceed through the course, your progress will be stored in our database. If you should leave the course before completion, and return at a later time, you will be able to continue the course from your last completed unit. If you leave while in the middle of a unit you must start that unit over. When you return click on the YOUR ACCOUNT button in the main menu and enter your login information to be taken directly to your user page.
You can review previous units at any time by clicking on the unit in your user page. Once you have completed the final test all access to the course will be removed for security purposes. Due to this security feature we suggest printing the workbook to keep as a future reference.
To take the final test for the course you must have a proctor. A proctor is any person 21 or over present to watch you while taking the test. Information needed: name, date of birth, address, phone number. (required by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission) This must be another person you can not be your own proctor.
Tuition:
Tuition for the online class will be paid after registration. We use PayPal as our credit card processor. In order to take the class you must agree to all our terms and PayPal's. No Refunds once payment is made. If you do not successfully pass the course. Email us with your name and the date you took the final test. We will let you take the course again, after we verify that you did not pass through OLCC.
