Bulk codes are issued per state course. If you have locations in multiple states, we’ll issue separate codes for each state as part of a single order and single invoice. Just note your states in the request form.
Yes. Bulk prepaid codes have a 1-year expiration date from the date of purchase. Any unused codes after 12 months will no longer be valid, so we recommend purchasing based on your expected staffing needs for the year. If you have questions about your expiration date, contact our support team at 877-740-5509.
Yes. Contact our support team and we can provide completion reports for your account. You can also verify any individual’s certification status through the relevant state licensing board database directly.

Our bulk pricing starts at 5 codes. For fewer than 5 employees, individual course purchases at each state’s regular rate are often more practical.
